There are currently 3 of these rebates with different start dates plus some stores (LF may be included, I don’t know for sure yet) are doing their own via catalina coupon/voucher printed out at the register when you buy 8-10 Kelloggs qualifiers. It can be quite confusing but really there is no way to go wrong, as long as you buy your items on sale with coupons and then turn in the rebate(s). Keeping track of all of the different rebates now is the big challenge.
